Here is a great banana coconut dessert recipe for the rice cooker inspired by the filipino dessert bibingkang malagkit. The coconut sticky rice is simple to make in your rice cooker, then you place it in the oven topped with sliced bananas and a coconut caramel glazing. Really delicious and certainly something unique and unexpected for your family or guests.

My favorite!!! Masarap!!! I used to help my aunt prepare this for her business. During Christmas, twas a mountain load of works to do preparing this, with so much orders we kids sometimes playfully help with the packing until the wee hours of the morning.
